1. Our service technicians are trade qualified and work for RACE Services. We employ Electricians, Refrigeration Mechanics, Plumbers and BMS Technicians. We also train our own apprentices.
2. We commit to assisting our clients reduce the repair and running costs of plant and equipment by providing customised maintenance plans.
3. Service reports and JSEAs are available through our client portal as soon as your maintenance is completed.
4. We care about our clients and tailor our servicing based on our clients needs.
5. You won’t be passed around the customer service team.
6. We can help our clients manage their own assets utilising our asset management database
7. We hold the following ISO standards:
